Current Opening - Full Time Children/Youth Pastor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
KAC is currently looking for a Full Time Pastor to oversee and lead our youth ministry. We launched our church's first youth ministry a year ago, and we are seeking someone who is passionate for, and has a vision for the next generation. We currently have 15 youth students with potential for continued growth.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
preaching and teaching, training of the volunteer staff, developing a curriculum, and working in a team ministry setting, to further the Kingdom of God through our local church body. Whoever joins our team will have strong support from the pastoral staff, the leadership team and the volunteer staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
* M.Div graduate
* Southern Baptist beliefs and agreement to KAC’s Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and By-Laws
* Must be a person who leads with Christ at the center of his life.

SALARY:
$30-40k/yr DOE.
